We wanted to update clients and prospective clients on our current operations with respect to COVID19 and certain State and County level virus mitigation efforts. Our primary corporate office in Lakewood, Colorado is located in Jefferson Country, Colorado. In response to a “shelter-in-place” order executed today – our staff will be working remotely. We are, however, fully operational and have retained 100% capacity for servicing clients and on-boarding new clients. We do not foresee any service related impacts on clients with regards to this temporary county level order.
Our goal is to provide uninterrupted services to our clients, onboard new clients without any delays, and also keep our staff safe and in compliance with county mandates. We have technology in place to allow for remote work and our operational model allows for this with zero impact on our delivery of services. All calls will be routed as usual through our main office and then routed automatically to employees.
