Diane McGuire is Staff Securities Attorney for Regulation D Resources (RDR), providing guidance and support to clients with respect to Regulation A+ and Regulation D offerings. She also has deep expertise regarding capital formation, corporate governance and other operational matters.
Prior to joining RDR, Diane established her transactional corporate law office in Los Angeles in 2008, advising business owners and entrepreneurs on corporate law and related matters, including compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations when fundraising and working with investors.
Before law school, Diane began her career in government and public relations representing a national association of Certified Financial Planners, lobbying state and federal legislators and securities regulators, as well as speaking with the national media on a daily basis. She then became a fully-licensed investment adviser, working as a stock broker and bond trader.
Diane earned her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, and her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a professional concentration in business from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Diane returned to the Denver area after 13 years in Los Angeles, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family; husband, Scott and adult children, Bailey and Camden.
